Don't Drown In Me
Director, writer, score and sound //
Don’t Drown in Me is a poetic and experimental engagement with Jean-François Lyotard’s Libidinal Economy and his fable of solar death and the possibilities of human life after it, centred on the collapsing and interweaving memories of “He” and “She”. The film was created as part of Vinter's doctoral research: 'Inhuman, all too Inhuman: Lyotard, Nihilism and Film' at the University of Birmingham.
Running Time: 34 mins.
